01 / Work

Work that has to hold up in practice

I have worked on client portals, internal platforms and government systems. Each project shows what the software does and the part I played in building it.

03 / What I do

I make complex systems easier to build and run

I work with teams to define the problem, make sound technical choices and deliver software that supports the way they actually work.

01 / Delivery leadership

Give delivery a clear direction

A product needs someone to connect the plan, the technical decisions and the work of getting it live.

I work with stakeholders to set priorities, make technical decisions and guide implementation through release.

How I take work from plan to release

I stay involved as requirements become software, through implementation, review, release and support.

Auto cycling · Select a step to pause

After release, I document the work, help the people running it and address what comes next.

Engineering practice

Using AI in everyday development

I introduced AI tools into the daily development of GoTeam People. I also help set the architecture, coding standards, review practices and testing expectations that guide the work.

On R24, I work with automated tests, code reviews and staged releases for a platform shared across the business.

I remain responsible for the code I deliver and the decisions behind it, including what happens after release.

05 / About

I started with the systems behind the software

That early work in infrastructure still shapes how I build products today.

My career started in infrastructure support. I maintained servers, managed access and backups, and solved problems for the people who relied on those systems.

At Telmo Solutions, I began as a backend developer and later led delivery teams. I worked on architecture, deployment, documentation and training for government systems and client applications.

Today I am a Full Stack Developer at GoTeam. I build business platforms and lead development on GoTeam People, from planning and technical decisions through release.

I like to understand how people use a system before deciding how to build it. That context helps me make choices the team can support later.
